Siwani is a town and a municipality in Bhiwani district in the north Indian state of Haryana. It is the administrative headquarters of Siwani tehsil. Municipal Committee Siwani came in to existence on 18 oct 2001 under the Haryana Govt. Notification no 15/21/97-2A. Siwani city is located on National Highway 65/52 which is going from Hisar District to Rajgarh in Rajasthan. Siwani is located 32 km in south of Hisar city. Municipal Committee Siwani constitutes of 13 wards. According the census of 2011 Population of MC Siwani is 19140. Area of MC Siwani is 4.86 sq km. Siwani Mandi is very famous in the Bhiwani district for its agricultural market. There are many Guar Gum factories and dall mill in Siwani.
