Ladwa is an important city situated in the Kurukshetra district of Haryana. It is located on the Kurukshetra - Yamunanagar - Saharanpur road and is also close to the towns of kurukshetra, Shahbad, Radaur and Indri, India. The nearest major Highway is National Highway 1 (India)known as Grand Trunk Road which is 14.5 km (9.0 mi) west direction of downtown. 

This town is well connected to important cities and towns in the state. The nearest airport is at Chandigarh and the nearest railway station is at Kurukshetra. Situated between 29.07 degree North latitude and 75.8 degree East longitude, it has an average elevation of 209 metres (685 feet) above mean sea level. 

Ladwa is a Town and a Municipal Committee in Kurukshetra District in the Indian state of Haryana. In 2007, Ladwa legislative assembly come under Kurukshetra (Lok Sabha constituency). The Member of Parliament is Sh. Nayab Saini & Member of the Legislative Assembly (India) is Sh. Mewa Singh.
