Basic Information:
Property Tax is one of the main revenue sources for MCs. Both Residential, Commercial, industrial, institutional, government Properties and vacant land situated within the limits of MC are assessed for Tax and all those assessed are expected to pay the Property Tax. Property Tax is assessed once every five years whereas supplementary assessment is made every year and citizen may object to assessment.
How to apply:
- Search the Property & see the property tax generated.
- If satisfied, click Pay Property tax and pay the tax online.
- If Not Satisfied,
- Click on Self-Assessment
- Update the property details such as plot size etc.
- Calculate property tax
- Pay property tax online
