Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JnNURM)
Under the Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JnNURM), 6 Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) amounting to Rs 768.70 crore for the augmentation of water supply, sewerage, drainage, solid waste management and construction of houses etc. were approved by the Government of India. To implement various components under the said scheme, Rs 694.82 crore has been utilized by Municipal Corporation, Faridabad upto 15.02.2015. Under the Basic Services to Urban Poors scheme, 2896 units have been constructed in Faridabad against the target of 3248 Dwelling Units. The progress report is as under:-
