Title : Approval of CLU
Description : All CLU cases were dealt by T&CP Department. However, Hon'ble High Court decided in Rajat Kuchhal case that the duty of implementation of development plans for the MC areas vest with ULB. Accordingly, the Municipal Acts were amended on 01. 04. 2014 to enable ULB to grant CLU permissions within MC Limit. Under Section 349 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 and Section 203 E of Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 provides for the submission of application seeking permission for change of land use.
The time taken for approval is 60 days
